On : version, Requirements

A New Business Application(case) was created for v11 upgrade testing.
On processing the "Generate Application Forms" activity, an attached rule "AddRequirements" is causing a stack trace.
Further analysis of the stack trace via SQL tracing shows that a table "AsMapValueField" is being referenced by the base code, that is non-existent in v11 database, causing the stack trace.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a New Business Application (Case) in v11 environment with appropriate roles.
2. Add activity "Add Beneficiaries" and process it. (to add a beneficiary to the case)
3. Add activity "Add Writing Agent" and process it. (to add a writing agent to the case)
4. Add and process "Validate Application Fields" activity.
5. On successfully processing "Validate Application Fields" activity, "Generate Application Forms" activity is spawned among other activities.
6. And, on processing "Generate Application Forms" activity, stack trace results.
