Unable To Select Desired VAT Rate When Multiple VAT Rates Are Present For A VAT Code (Doc ID 2706500.1)

On Item VAT screen, user is unable to select the desired (Value Added Tax) VAT Rate when multiple VAT rates available for a particular VAT code.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log into RMS
2. Create an Item
3. Enter supplier details
4. Select VAT maintenance
5. Click on Add, enter VAT region, VAT code and click on LOV to get list
of VAT rate codes.
6. Try to select VAT rate code with active date, but different VAT rate code is selected.
