Need Support to Deploy Xsl File for Inbound Web Service (IWS) in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) 2900 (Doc ID 2706516.1)

Goal

We need to format the response of the IWS in our ORMB 2900 environment. For this, we placed the XSL file at location %SPLBASE% \splapp\iws\resources and deployed the EAR file. Reference for the XSL file is mentioned in the IWS configuration. We are encountering the error: "Unexpected error during request processing. Invalid File or File Name 'CM-FIRResponse.xsl" in the response. We do not encounter any error if we remove the XSL file from the IWS response.
