Recent Argus Safety 8.1.1 Upgrade of Transaction Server, Issue With ESM Service not Processing (Doc ID 2706746.1)

Symptoms


Recent upgrade of the Transaction / AG Server from AS 8.1 to AS 8.1.1

After Transmitting a report within Argus application, see no files being generated in the outbound directory on transaction server.

And no incoming payload received from B2Bi side.

Argus is processing the report, the message in Argus is : Argus Safety Service has successfully processed the report, but it never reaches stage 2 where it is supposed to “create the file” with the normal message:

ESM service has successfully created the file <filename.xml> for Message number <200> sent to Agency in the outgoing folder <D:\ESM\AGENCY\OUT\>.
