ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

C2M creating Usage exceptions for ‘End date beyond usage date’ for system estimates.

Exception/To Do is created – “End dates not aligned for those linked beyond the usage end date”.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1.Bill is initially created - there is no read. Scalar usage cut-off date is 5/27/20 23:59:59.
2.Bill is allowed to estimate
3.Estimated read is at 5/27/20 1:00:00 EDT.
4.Exception/To Do is created "End dates not aligned for those linked beyond the usage end date".

Issue only happens when the bill is over the daylight savings change period.
