Transformation Install Fails with 'ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small' (Doc ID 2707610.1)

On Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.5.2 version, after upgrading from DMW,

When attempting to install a transformation,
the following error occurs:


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. For a transformation, select a target table and go to Map Column.

2. Under Column Mappings For: <COLUMN_NAME< column add the following expression:
(case when <COLUMN_NAME> in ('<TERMINOLOGY1>','<TERMINOLOGY2>','<TEMINOLOGY3>) then 'OTHER' when (<COLUMN_NAME> = '<TERMINOLOGY4>' ) then '<OUTPUT_TEXT>' else <COLUMN_NAME> end)

3. Save changes and validate Maps.

4. Go back to Table mapping, Validate Maps and install the transformation.
