Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Real time denorm will move items in the DENORM_CS_REQUEST table from a status of "0" to "1" and not go beyond that.
This is preventing data from being populated as expected in the appropriate Custom Section Alias tables, and is causing issues with reports not having the intended data they need.

Expected Behavior

Real time denorm to move items in the DENORM_CS_REQUEST table to the correct status

Steps

The issue is reproducible by following below steps:

  1. From the spec, goto Details Process Description
  2. On the Attribute Step 1, update Process Description
  3. Goto sqldeveloper, and check denorm_cs_request table with below sql:

Only see one record which was created before upgrade
