Issue Statement:

When tried to create / update a Content item with more number of dimensions (Approx. 100+) against Guided navigation cartridge it takes 10 mins to save.

Steps to Reproduce:
--------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to workbench.
2. Open the content item with Guided navigation cartridge which has 100+ dimensions
3. Edit some item and save. It takes 10 mins to save the content.
