Batch Process AllocScheduleBatch Returns Exception (Doc ID 2708157.1)

Symptoms

The batch AllocScheduleBatch is returning exceptions when the allocation is scheduled for a future day or when is copied of a past schedule allocation.

Steps to reproduce:
1, find an old schedule allocation where the value of the column RELEASE_DATE from the table ALC_ITEM_LOC is older than the current date.
2. Copy the allocation
3. Schedule to run the allocation today
4. execute the batch AllocScheduleBatch
5. check the error

Caused by: oracle.retail.apps.alc.model.core.util.AllocException: com.retek.alloc.business.scheduler.exception.SchedulerException: oracle.retail.apps.alc.model.core.util.AllocException: ERRMSG_APPROVAL_VALIDATION
