Production MDM Database Hangs

Customer having frequent Database hang issues in MDM v2.3.0.2 production environment. Oracle tech team has investigated it and couldn’t pin point the issue.

Oracle Tech made some recommendations and one of those recommendation is to test and confirm that Oracle Linux v 7.7 is certified by Microsoft Hyper V 2016 especially for Oracle Meter Data Management Product v 2.3.0.2.

Please provide us confirmation on above. If MDM is not certified on MS Hyper V, then please suggest way forward.
This is critical, and Database has been seeing frequent hangs in NWC production for past two weeks.
