Goal
After upgrading to Argus 8.2.1 ETL stopped working on certain tables for literature data in Japan.
Specifically, ARGUS_APP.LIT_INTAKE contains the record where IMPORT_DATE >= 18-JUL-2020 (the date of the upgrade), but APR_MART.DM_LIT_INTAKE does not contain any records where IMPORT_DATE >= 18-JUL-2020.
The associated tables (APR_MART.DM_LIT_INTAKE_ASSESS, DM_LIT_INTAKE_FAMILY) also don't have the record created after Argus 8.2.1 upgrade.
Argus Insight 8.2.1 has a new configuration parameter:
Tools > List Maintenance > Profile Switches >POPULATE INTAKE TABLE DATA.
This is set to 0 by default. How does this new parameter affect the populating of the three DM_LIT_ tables?

1 = Intake Tables data will be brought into the Datamart
