Usage calculation is creating error when an initial bill is generated from CCB for an account that has a US/SP start date time after the SA start datetime. Error is encountered when executing a D2-Math usage rule for calculating 15-min kw demand.
And when the usage transaction is flagged as "interim" the Usage Transaction will create without error.
There is no variable defined with name 'IC1'. col 1:#IC1 = '402000'"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create data set up for CCB-MDM synced record. Update the usage group with Math rule for usage calculation.
2. Initiate a bill request from CCB for set up where account that has a US/SP start date time after the SA start datetime.
3. Monitor the usage calculation in MDM.
