Goal

Sometimes when you are trouble-shooting a new (Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol) ICCP association or changes to an ICCP configuration, you may want to view the packets sent between the two ICCP peers. ICCP is built on top of Manufacturing Message Specification (MMS) and the messages ICCP peers send each other are encapsulated in MMS PDU’s (“protocol data units”)
