 Scope

For Oracle Communications Applications Global Business Unit (CAGBU) customers running supported versions of Oracle CAGBU products in third Party Infrastructure As a Service(IaaS) platforms.

Details

Oracle’s CAGBU products are designed to be agnostic of the cloud infrastructure on which they are running. These products are certified on Oracle’s IaaS platform OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and are also supported on other third Party IaaS platforms.

Oracle customers with an active support contract and running supported versions of Oracle CAGBU products will receive assistance from Oracle when running those products on third party IaaS platforms. Customers running their products on third Party IaaS platforms can enter Service Requests (SRs) for product issues encountered by them. If Oracle identifies that the underlying issue is not caused by Oracle’s CAGBU products, Oracle will refer customers to their IaaS provider for further assistance and Oracle will provide assistance as applicable in resolving the issue.

NOTE(S):

Oracle does not support Oracle RAC or Oracle RAC One Node running on Non-Oracle Public Cloud Environments. For more information, refer to the following knowledge article.
