Symptoms
On Pricing Design Center(PDC) 12.0.0.3.0 graphical user interface(GUI), when using Search pricing and trying to see details of one object (eg ChargeOffer) in the results tab, nothing happens when clicking on it.
It is expected a new tab will be open displaying details of the respective object (eg ChargeOffer)
It seems this is a know problem, as it is mentioned in "Communications Billing and Revenue Management 12.0 Release Notes", chapter 1 Release Notes, section "Known Problems", sub-section "Known Problems in PDC" (see here: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E51000_01/doc.120/e51026/rel_release_notes.htm#BRMRN181 ):

PDC Search Functionality Not Working As Expected
Basic Search
When you perform a basic search in the PDC user interface, clicking a search result does not open it.
Workaround: Double-click a search result to open it.
The problem is that workaround suggested in the document doesn't work. When double-click on the search result list than always the first entry on the list is opened, even if double-click on other entity on the list.
