LDAP User Give Error 'Unable to save your changes. You have one error' When Opening from Web Client and Page Two User Group dynamic List Attribute Cannot Be Viewed (Doc ID 2709547.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to search and open LDAP user from Web Client, gets error: Unable to save your changes. You have one error, and Page Two User Group dynamic list field cannot be viewed.
When searching for the same user in Java Client, user opens without any error, but when accessing to Page Two tab, below error is thrown:

[LDAP:error code 1 - 000004DC:LdapErr: DSID-0C0907E1, comment:In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection., data 0, v2580 ]

Fact

Happens for LDAP user only
LDAP user belongs to LDAP User Group
On the User Page Two tab, List attribute is enabled with User Group dynamic list field
Happening on test environment

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client as admin user, and run simple search for LDAP user
2. User is found and shows up on the screen, but show error: "Unable to save your changes. You have one error."
3. Log into Java Client as admin user, and run simple search for LDAP user
4. User is found and can open without any error. But when accessing to Page Two tab, gets LdapErr
