ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Move Payment Records to Staging Area Batch not moving records to Staging Tables.

Custom batch control created using product supplied batch "com.splwg.ccb.domain.payment.fileUpload.batch.CopyPreStagingPaymentDataBatch". This batch is not copying prestaging records to staging tables. This batch is working in 2401 environment.
