Date format change is not reflecting for DOB field in OWS screen on EDQ (Doc ID 2709706.1)

Symptoms

Date format change is not working after changing in the sentrymessages.properties property file for the below parameter.

#default property value
#ui.dateformat = dd/MM/yyyy

#New value to change the date format
ui.dateformat = MM/dd/yyyy

Steps to replicate: 

Step 1 : Login to edq server

Step 2 : Open property file sentrymessages.properties from below location

  Location : $EDQ_Deployed_Area/domains/base_domain/config/fmwconfig/edq/oedq.local.home/properties/blueprints

  For example : /u01/work/mwhome/user_projects/domains/base_domain/config/fmwconfig/edq/oedq.local.home/properties/blueprints

Step 3 : Change the date format as below in sentrymessages.properties.

  # Date format

  ui.dateformat = MM/dd/yyyy

  Default value =  dd/MM/yyyy
  Change to     =  MM/dd/yyyy

Step 4 : Open OWS watchlist screening from EDQ launchpad and check for DOB field.

Actual behavior : 

The DOB field is still showing as DD/MM/YYYY instead of MM/DD/YYYY format in OWS screen.

Expected behavior : 

User need the DOB field to be displayed in MM/DD/YYYY format in OWS Screen on EDQ.
