Created Like Item has Old Replenishment 'Activate Date' and 'Deactivate Date' Values (Doc ID 2709746.1)

Symptoms

While creating item using create like item option in RMS, created like item has the old 'Activate Date' and 'Deactivate Date' values inherited and updated on REPL_ITEM_LOC table.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to RMS.
2. Open Tasks >> Items >> Manage Items.
3. Search for Item which has replenishment attributes set with old 'Activate Date'.
4. Use 'Create Like Item' option, and select Replenishment under "Attributes Available to Be Copied".
5. Once the new Item is created, notice that the created like item has Old Replenishment 'Activate Date' and 'Deactivate Date' Values.
