Cannot Create Access Model In AACG (GRC) 8.6.6.14030 as it Errors "Error 500--Internal Server Error" (Doc ID 2709799.1)

Symptoms

Can't create access model in AACG (GRC) 8.6.6.14030. It throws following error.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
Further action shows: ADF_FACES-30200:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: The UIViewRoot is null. Fatal exception during PhaseId: RESTORE_VIEW 1.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GRC->Continous Control Management->Create Access Model->Choose Business Objects (Model Objects) "Access Entitlement" & "EBS Access Condition" (Type: Segregation of Duties)->Manage Datasource
2. Choose "EBS Access Condition: with Datasource.
3. Choose "Access Entitlement" or "EBS Access Condition", the browser throws error:

Due to this issue, users cannot create Access Model.
