AAI- User Status Report- Search Criteria Issues (Doc ID 2710418.1)

Symptoms

on 8.0.7.2.0 OFSAAI environment : In USER STATUS REPORT

Scenario 1: If only one criteria is provided, outputin the report is shown not as expected

Case 1: input UserID as "XYZ", don't input any value in UserName  and click on search--> Report doesn't show any results
Case 2:input UserID as "All", UserName as "XYZ" and click on search--> the report Show all users
Case 3:input User ID as "XYZ", UserName as "All"--> Report Shows only "XYZ"

Note: Replace 'XYZ' with any User Name/ User ID available in your OFSAAI application.

Scenario 2: Users with the same name but having different userID and click on search the report doesn't show any result.

2) Steps to Reproduce Problem
---------------------------------
1. Login to OFSAAI application and navigate to administration tab.
2. Select User Status report and search based on the scenarios mentioned above
