'Fulfillment Order Event Can Not Be Modified. Delivery already exist for the order' Error Occurs When Customer Order Processed in SIM
(Doc ID 2711205.1)

Applies to:Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management - Version 16.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
An order was brokered in Oracle Retail Order Broker Cloud Service (OROBCS) with 6 items to the warehouse and 1 item to a store. The store shipped their 1 item out and the warehouse shipped 5 but rejected 1. This 1 item was re-brokered to the store that originally got the 1 item from the original brokering. Retail Store Inventory Management (RSIM) rejects this because it is a non-unique order and the order is already shipped.
This is a scenario where a customer has a multi-line order and for whatever reason the order was split where line 1 went to the DC and line 2 went to Store A.
1. Store A fulfills line 2.
2. The DC rejects line 1 and OB re-shops the order assigning it to Store A.
Line 1 Jeans assigned to Store A and fulfilled.
Line 2 Jeans assigned to DC, DC Rejects line 2 and it is brokered to Store A as Store A is the only location to have stock.
SIM fails the message with the following error.
Fulfillment Order Event Can Not Be Modified. Delivery already exist for the order
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Order created with two line items.
2. Line item B fulfilled by store A.
3. Line item A is assigned to WH.
4. Oracle WMS Cloud Service (LogFire) rejects the order and line item A is reshopped to store A.
5. Order message fails in SIM.
