ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
================
In ASR 59 - Provider Test Acceptance Primary Location LD1 fields (customer facing) are not retained after leaving screen.The data entered in the Location 1 /2 form is not retained if the user navigates away from it , even after saving .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
===================
The data entered in Location 1/2 forms of the Provider Test Acceptance screen should get saved even if the user navigates away from it after saving .the data.


Steps:
====
1-Open Access Service Request - Provider Test Acceptance -
2-From Left side pane .... Select Location 1 .Enter the data in the fields like LD1 , LV1 etc .Hit Save.
3-Now click on Location 2 and then come back on Location 1 form and notice that the entered in Step 2 is gone .
