Customer have configured ONS parameters(as per CCB_Server_Administration_Guide) and in RAC onsctl status is running.

ONS_JAR_DIR - $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/lib
ONSCONFIG - hostname1:ons-remote port, hostname2:ons-remote port, hostname2:ons-remote port

Customer need to know how to verify the test the FCF setup in CC&B
