Allocation Does Not Calculate FTP Amount During Monthly Processing (Doc ID 2711556.1)

Symptoms

When executing the Monthly Processing batch, it does not calculate the "FTP Amount" for some of the records.  This amount is calculated using an Allocation.

The FTP Amount is stored in custom columns and, as shown in the Allocation log, it is calculated as follows:

FTP_BASE_CHARGE_CREDIT = (NVL(a.AVG_NET_BOOK_BAL_C, 0)* NVL(a.TRANSFER_RATE, 0)/ 100) * <Accrual Basis>

The Allocation processes did not fail but completed successfully.
