Oracle Commerce Merchandising Server Cannot Access The Agents After Applying The WebLogic Security Patch (Doc ID 2712148.1)

Symptoms

Issue Statement:

Oracle Commerce Merchandising Server: BCC cannot access the Agents configured for the Production and Staging after applying the Critical Patch Update for July 2020 for WebLogic as suggested in the Notification sent by Oracle for WebLogic.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the Critical Patch Update for July 2020 to the WebLogic.
2. Start the WebLogic Admin, Production Server, Staging Server, and the Publishing Server in the specified order.
3. Open the BCC Console and head to the Deployment Administration overview by selecting the CA console link from the BCC Home page.
4. All the Agents are in the error state with the sites inaccessible from the BCC with the following message in the Agent Status: Agent "AgentNAME" in error state

 Apply the Critical Patch Update for July 2020 to the WebLogic Server.
