Symptoms

On : 2.8.0.0.0 version, BT - Batch

Records in files for File request type configured with file format as JSON are not getting processed.

When defining a File Request Type with file format as JSON, the records are loaded into File Request type tables and the status is changed to completed after running C1-FTRAN and C1FREQP batches, but the actual records are not created.

Have tried with multiple Business Objects and Business service. After processing, the expected result should be Bill route types loaded from the file should be added in the system. After running the File request type batches the File Upload status is complete but no new Bill route types created are in the system.
