How to Execute UIM Timers Under a User Context (Doc ID 2712691.1)

Last updated on APRIL 03, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management - Version 7.4.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

By default UIM timers are not executed under a user context and thus all the operations performed by them logged under <anonymous> user i.e. no user context.

Starting UIM 7.4.0.14.0 deployment descriptors (ejb-jar & weblogic-ejb-jar xml) of Timer EJB has been modified through deployment plan (Plan / Cluster-Plan.xml) to support user context under which timer EJB can be executed.
