The Search for Suppliers using RMS V16 Application Does Not End (Doc ID 2712739.1)

Symptoms

When trying to search for a supplier on the Supplier search screen in the RMS v16 application, the search does not return results and the application is inhibited.
This behavior occurs in users who belong to a security group that have many regions or warehouses configured.

Steps to recreate:

1) Navigate to Supplier (Main > Foundation Data > Suppliers and Partners > Manage Suppliers
2) On Search Screen, Click Search (with no input in search options)

Search never returns results and keeps searching
