Goal

Is this really ISC or when is ISC really involved?

The following new message store transaction log entry type was noticed:

It would not be expected that ISC would be involved.

Is this just a documentation issue?
Is there confusion about when ISC gets involved?

Also, is it a possible request for an Enhancement Request to add the si= field to the "is" log entries so they can be more easily correlated with the matching "ma" log entries?
