Last updated on SEPTEMBER 23, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Documaker - Version 12.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

We are currently working on upgrading our Oracle Documaker application from v11.5 to V12.6.

Our application has Custom rules and we have downloaded the latest V12.6 SDK and tried recompiling with our custom codes. We used Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 for this compilation. During the compilation, we have resolved all the errors and it created CUSW32.DLL as expected.

We tried using the generated CUSW32.DLL and tried executing the Gentran, Gendata and Genprint processing and it is throwing the following error:

Transaction Error Report - System timestamp: mon aug 03 07:56:05 2020
DM12006: Error in RPLocateBaseRule(): Unable to VMMLocateHashElem(,,).
...this base rule may not have been registered.
DM12003: Error in RPProcessOneBase(): Unable to RPDoBaseRulesForward(pRPS, RP_PRE_PROC_B).
DM12001: Error in RPProcessBases(): Unable to RPProcessOneBase(pRPS). Skipping the rest of the Bases for this batch run. See INI group: option:BaseErrors.
DM12127: Error in RPRun(): Unable to RPProcessBases(pRPS).
DM16010: Error in RunGenData(): Unable to RPRun(, <D:\DAP\POS\POSCORE\POS\V126\MSTRRES\DEFLIB\AfgJob.Def>).

We have followed all the custom code compilation instructions per the Programmers Guide and we dint see any issues with our compilation. We need assistance in resolving this issue so that we can proceed with our migration activities
