Symptoms

IMD-Initial Measurement Data

On : 2.7.0.1.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Estimation IMDs with Outage condition code do not get created when estimation batch is processed
When periodic estimation batch (D1-SMMTR) is processed during the Outage period, estimation IMDs do not get created and batch error is created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Estimation IMDs with date time in the Outage period to be created with ‘No read – Outage’ condition code.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-Create the scalar measuring components
-Create a Service Point and install the above meter
-Load Power Outage and Power Restoration Device Event to this device and process them to create an Outage activity
-Run D1-SMMTR batch with date during the Outage period and batch error was created
