User Is Getting Error While Working In Multiple Tabs In CCB Application (Doc ID 2713019.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.3.1 version, ENV - Environment

User is getting error while working in multiple tabs in CCB application.
Whereas, there's no error found while working in a single tab in CCB application.

ERROR(s)
-----------------------
Bill ID Field missing
- PROGRAM NAME field missing
- SEARCH-BY-FLG field invalid
- The server has encountered a problem. Your request cannot be processed right now. Please try again later or contact the system administrator.
- The web server did not respond correctly
- HTTP 500 Not Found.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will. However it can be attepted.
1. Open the application
2. Open multiple tabs


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: Financial impact - Low, The issue occurs: Every time (consistently), No workaround available, Cannot replicate at will
Due to this issue, users cannot use the app in multiple tabs.
