'Go to Discrepancies' Button from Listings Page does not Perform any Action (Doc ID 2713588.1)

On Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.5.2 version,

When selecting 'Details' for a discrepancy under "Listings" page, "Go to Discrepancy" button does not perform any action.

It would be expected that a user should be allowed to access a discrepancy created under Listings page.

The issue can be reproduced in Customer's environment with the following steps:
1. Create a study in DMW that is integrated with TMS.
2. Create TMS Question Sets and columns.
3. Assign study to dictionaries.
4. The TMS discrepancies only appear in DMW "Data Management"/"Default Listings".
5. Select a discrepancy and click on 'Details' button.
6. In the "Discrepancies" right hand side panel, click on "Go to Discrepancy" button.
