Supplier Modification Does Not Flow to RMS but Fails with Fault "Failed To Assert Identity With UsernameToken" in CFIN (Doc ID 2713866.1)

Symptoms

You do not receive supplier modifications from Oracle Financial Applications (CFIN) to RFI. And, the below fault message shows in the Notification details.

Error

FAULT_NAME=bindingFault::FAULT_TEXT=com.oracle.bpel.client.BPELFault: faultName: {{http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}bindingFault} messageType: {{http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}RuntimeFaultMessage} parts: {{ summary=Failed to assert identity with UsernameToken. ,detail=oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : Failed to assert identity with UsernameToken. ,code={http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd}FailedAuthentication}

Steps

1. Modify a Supplier in CFIN.
2. Notice that the application fails to send the modification message to Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
