Two issues primarily with DGS 807
1. Go to and existing Issue > "View More" > Add Action > Add a action > "Adjustments" > Add adjustment > Name > Dataset screen
- Once the "Adjustment entity" is selected, and the filter type "Data" unable to select a "Filter attribute" from the drop down except the one displayed. Nothing pulls down from the drop down.
- Even when the filter type is selected as hierarchy, unable to select a hierarchy from the drop down as well.

2. Go to and existing Issue > "View More" > Click on an existing action >
- The adjustment summary screen is not visible, unable to add a new adjustment or view an existing adjustment added.
