Unable To Switch LOOPBACK Mode Dynamically Using asap_utils Option 37 (Doc ID 2714126.1)

Symptoms

In order to switch the LOOPBACK mode dynamically we used asap_utils option 37 but it looks like this functionality is not working as expected. In JNEP diagnostic file, we observed that the LOOPBACK was set for some of the network elements but not all. When we checked LOOPBACK status by using below command:

 $ asap_utils -d 36

That shows LOOPBACK state for all the network elements are OFF. We need to know why JNEP Diagnostic file shows LOOPBACK is ON ( LOOPBACK_ON = 1) whereas the asap_utils option 36 shows LOOPBACK is OFF.
