Goal

Noted the below error in upgrade logs during Argus Safety database upgrade to 8.2.2:

***ERROR: Unexpected error running Liquibase: ORA-04021: timeout occurred while waiting to lock object ARGUS_APP.PKG_UNIFIED_SEARCH
[Failed SQL: (4021) CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE PKG_UNIFIED_SEARCH wrapped

Is it required to disable the job: PKG_UNIFIED_SEARCH.p_optimize_oracle_text; for LOG_USER: SYSTEM and SCHEMA_USER: ARGUS_APP?
