Symptoms
ALM Engine failed with error message ORA-24345 after applying <Patch 31520860> (8.0.6.6.0), the following error shows in the relevant .err log file:

Truncation
or null fetch error occurred SQL:
select a.rowid, a.ORG_UNIT_ID, a.GL_ACCOUNT_ID, a.COMMON_COA_ID,
a.PRODUCT_ID, a.LEGAL_ENTITY_ID, a.EPM_COA_ID, a.PROJECT_ID,
...
Steps to reproduce:
1. Apply ALM <Patch 31520860> (8.0.6.6.0)
2. Run process.
