Symptoms

On RMB v2.9.0.0.0, Healthcare Inbound message does not store Email Address on Person

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
After submitting a request to create a Parent Customer and Bill Group, the Inbound Message is processed successfully.
However, the email address on both Persons are not stored, even if the request had the email address.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
Email address should be stored.
