Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT 
----------------------
When importing Endeca XM content using the exported zip from the different Datacenter, the unpublished workspace name changed to admin instead of the original user name.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run promote_content on the datacenter A
2. Run importApplication on the datacenter B
3. Check the projects list on the experience manager after importing.
