ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The AutoProcess BR is defined at global level as follows:

<AutoProcess>Yes</AutoProcess>



However;

1. When the user navigates to any (policy, client, etc.) activity screen; screens do not show Auto Processing as turned on (box is not checked).
2. Adding a new activity from the policy, client or company level screen auto processes the activity (working as expected).
3. Adding a new activity from a screen other than the activity screen does not auto process the activity leaving the activity in a pending status.
