Cannot Complete Request For Quote (RFQ) workflows

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are failing to complete any Request for Quote (RFQ) responses. This issue occurs in a test environment only. Users are able to process all RFQs in the production environment. The database was refreshed from the production environment using a custom script.
"An error occurred. Please check the log file for details" and can't save.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Any RFQ --> Click on Responses tab --> select an item --> and from Responses select Enter to edit and add the value for requirement fields ---> click on Finish to save --> got the error message "An error occurred. Please check the log file for details" and can't save.
