Latitude and Longitude is not being set in Service Address (Doc ID 2715189.1)

Symptoms

Latitude and Longitude attributes are not being set in service address/location . While trying from SOAP its not giving any error but the value is also not setting up. But while trying from REST we are getting below error:

"Characteristic with name: Latitude is not associated with the entity: ServiceAddress. Please check the entity Specification.",
"Characteristic with name: Longitude is not associated with the entity: ServiceAddress. Please check the entity Specification."
