OUTA : Creation of Date Override function in OUTA

In OUTA test flow, few initial components need to be run with system date.
But for the rest of the flow, need it be executed with a system overrided date like the way you do it in CCB by feature configuration.
Would you please advise on how to do it from OUTA?
