Symptoms

Issue with new dashboard added in DGS for schedule A10 (14Q report) in DGS 80825 version

1. The run filter missing which is causing the measures to be multiplied by 7.

2. For Prior months the report would not pull the data for prior months if the Org Structure dimension data has changed . The BI query uses LRI flag + SKEY to retrieve the dimension values. This will basically render the report working for the current month.
