On : 11.2.0.27 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Auto Process cannot be manually disabled on policy activities page. If the global business rule AutoProcess is set to Yes, when a user navigates to a policy's activities page and disables Auto Process manually, added activities still automatically process.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 If global business rule AutoProcess is set to Yes, a user will be able to manually disable auto processing from a policy's activities page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set global AutoProcess rule to Yes
2. Navigate to a policy's activities page
3. Uncheck "Auto Process" option at the top of the activities page
4. Click the Refresh button at the top of the activities page.
5. Add any activity
6. Verify activity is automatically processed
