Extra Record In Case_event_assess With Datasheet_id=99999 For Some Study Products (Doc ID 2715533.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 06, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Argus Safety - Version 8.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a new report from study case is created with a double blinded study, an extra record gets created in case_event_assess table with license_id=0 and datasheet_id=99999.
Due to this extra record, the case cannot be sent to any workflow.

Upon routing the case, the following error emerges: "Error No: 305100016 Description: The reported/determined causality fields should not be blank"

On checking the event assessment tab, the causality fields are selected properly for all the PRODUCT-event assessment combinations.
Still the error gets returned, on routing the case.
