Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Creator becomes Approver after workflow got approved.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Creator does not change after workflow approved in Mobile
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Unifier Moblie App (iOS, Android 20.8.1), choose the BP record, select "Send for Review", click Send.
2. Login Unifier web application 19.12.x, check the BP record, the Creator become Approver in above step.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have correct creator
