Attributes and Customer List Frequently do Not Open from Right Click Action (Doc ID 2715928.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace

Experiencing a problem with opening the Attributes and Customer List windows from the right click menu on a device in the viewer.   Sometimes it opens without issue but other times nothing happens when you select the options. 


Once it happens the user has to log out and log back in to get it to work again. It seems to be specific to a user when it happens rather than all users on NMS at that time. It seems like once a user has the issue on a particular day it will multiple times.

 
Expected - When right-clicking for the Attributes and Customer List options, these windows should appear.
